22. The Law of the Presence/Present
How often do we stay in the present moment, a minute, a few seconds, a few minutes?
Before too long, what ever task we’re doing, we suddenly find our mind wandering to what we did a little while ago, or even what we’ll be doing in the future. When we dwell in the past or future, we rob ourselves of the present. The same can be said of being in the “Presence”, or God. Metaphysically speaking, God, or the Presence exists right here and right now, where the past and future exist concurrently. The past, present, and future are all composed at the core and origin, of Source, or the Presence, the non-physical; the best place to dwell, is in the Upper Room of Consciousness, or the present moment, where Higher Ground lives. The easiest way to access the present and the Presence is via Higher Conscious Meditation, or Mystical Meditation.
As soon as we find our mind wandering, why not take the sacred breath in, and release it; in that instant we will find ourselves back in the present moment, of the Presence. We will feel calmer and more relaxed, truly in the moment of what we are doing, or whom we are with. This is living the Law of the Presence/Present: staying in the moment and feeling pure joy in every single experience of life, in every activity, large or small. We are living in the “Now”.
“Do what you do fully in each moment.”-Buddhism
“This moment is all that exists. Why plan for it when we can live it?”-Zen saying
Scientific-Treatment/Affirmative-Prayer/Spiritual/Meditative Mind-Treatment
Right here and right now, we lean back into ourselves, into our own mind and spirit. We take the sacred breath in, and release it. We feel the calm and the joy, the peace and the love that is our true Self, deep within. And from within our upper body, a light shines brightly, filling our entire being, as if we were hollow. This light extends beyond our physical body now, to the left of us and to the right of us; before us and behind us; out through the top of our head and out through the soles of our feet, ad-infinitum. Every single one of the trillions of cells of our body, now, are shining with pure source-light: from the top of our head, down the length of our body, to the soles of our feet, restoring our physical body now to pure health and wholeness, as it was originally intended. All the organs, healed; our blood, oxygenated and renewed, in the presence of the Presence, in this present moment in time.
We give thanks for this Divine-state, we are in high-gratitude for our health and wholeness, our knowing and feeling of contentment, peace and joy in this moment, we let it be so,
And so it is!
Amen.
