1. The Law of Cause and Effect
Many of you have heard of “Karma”, or “The Law of Cause and Effect” already; it is simple; for every action, there is a reaction; what you are knowing as simple, basic physics! What you put out comes back. It is not retaliation, nor “pay-back” as is often believed; it is merely “cause and effect”. This may not be applied to the idea that “you reap what you sow” either, which suggest “pay-back” for bad actions. There is no emotion involved, merely response to action taken. Naturally, if you lash out at someone, the reaction will likely be a lashing back at you; if you do a good deed (without thought or expectations of reward) then you will not experience disappointment, but rather satisfaction in doing the deed itself. The energy put out in the action (positive or negative) will return to you…not always immediate, we must add! We guarantee that the energy behind the action will return to you, if not in this lifetime, then certainly in the next one. The action itself may not be the same, but the feeling or energy behind the original action or deed will be experienced, no doubt.
Like all of the laws, you need not consciously be aware of them in your day-to-day activities; because they are “laws”, meaning they exist/function as naturally as the law of gravity and other laws of physics: they simply are, and they are always at work, just as the law of gravity never takes a vacation! Wouldn’t it be strange if one day you accidentally dropped something, and it suddenly floated back up towards you? It is the same thing with all of the laws, and this one is no exception.
Similar to physics principles, in that whatever it is that you mentally, physically, or energetically put out, because of the innate magnetic and gravitational laws, those things come back to you.
It is like what is written in one of our religious texts, “Do unto others…” in other words, do not do what you would not like to come back to you; treat others as you would like to be treated; feel, think what and how you would like your life to be and feel, and it will be so! Remember that things do not always come back immediately, nor in this lifetime necessarily, nor do they always come back in the same form that they were put out…certainly they come back in the same “spirit”, feel, intent and energy. This is why, if you hadn’t consciously intended to put out something negative/hurtful/destructive, etc., it may not come back to you; certainly it will if you consciously had.
Regardless, live, laugh, love.
“Do not judge, or you too will be judged.”-Matthew 7:1
“The person whose mind is always free from attachment, who has subdued the mind and senses, and who is free from desires, attains the supreme perfection of freedom from karma through renunciation.”-Bhagavad Gita
Scientific-Treatment/Affirmative-Prayer/Spiritual/Meditative Mind-Treatment
Right here and right now, we become aware of this endless field of love-energy in which we reside. We are one and the same with it; individualized expressions of the One, which we are extensions of.
As we breathe, so does love breathe; as we live, so does love live; as we laugh, create, contribute, multiply, so too, does love laugh, create, contribute, and multiply. Because love is omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient, and is always expanding, so too, are we expanding, for love needs us to expand and to create; to express, and to be all that it can be.
We affirm and we declare, right here and right now in this energy of love, that we are already all that is great; we are already all that is eternal and good, because that is what we are allowing to be born through us, as us. We are already perfection continually blossoming through us, as us, and it feels good; it feels great! As above, so below!
We give thanks for the word, knowing that it is law and is already so in the Mind of the Universe! We give thanks, releasing the word and letting it be, and so it is!
Amen.
