12. The Law of Contentment
As sure, and as soon as you are living these laws, as sure and as soon that you will feel bliss, freedom, and contentment. For this is your emotional guidance system (your Soul, or Spirit working through your heart, guiding you emotionally) letting you know you are becoming All that You really Are.
Contentment, as well as Peace, Love, Joy, Gratitude and Appreciation are amongst the Highest-resonating vibrations, closest to Source-Energy. Therefore if you feel contentment, you are resonating highly.
Examples of lower-resonating emotions are anger, doubt, fear, jealousy. Although using the emotion of anger (or the Law of Righteous Determination explained further on) to propel yourself beyond a potentially paralyzing fear may be used in a positive manner, generally you want to elevate yourself up and beyond these lower vibrations. The indication that you have elevated yourself up, is a regular, ongoing feeling/expression of contentment, or living/being the Law of Contentment.
Living the Law of Contentment evolves from the natural progression of living the Law of Abundance, the Law of Infinity, and the Law of Prosperity. It may also co-exist with the Law of Creation and the Law of Creativity.
Naturally and logically you will feel joy and contentment if you recognize, see, and feel the infinite beauty of life and nature; naturally and logically you will feel the joy and contentment that the abundance and prosperity of life and nature Itself is, and that it offers. You may even see all of this beauty as a mirror of your own Infinite beauty, abundance, and prosperity from which you sprang.
A quick word here about the word “content”. “Content” or “contentment” does not suggest nor imply resignation, laziness, nor a lack of drive. Living the Law of Contentment may result in you not pursuing empirical goals and destinations anymore, that is to say, the truly disciplined Higher mind may realize that it is already dwelling in the room of Higher Consciousness and has everything it might “need”, and therefore on the outside appear to lack drive or be “lazy”, but in reality, has consciously become One with Itself. This does not necessarily mean the mind (or the person) will no longer produce a creative output of music, poetry, writing, art, etc., (if it already was) but may actually result in an opening for Creation and Creativity (Spirit) to flow forth to the surface mind from the person (living the Law of Creativity and the Law of Creation) which also go hand-in-hand with the Law of Contentment, even more so!
It is wondrous, is it not, how all of the laws are interrelated and intertwined?
To be living the Law of Contentment is an indicator of you resonating at a Higher vibration of ascension, in other words, as you climb the veritable “spiritual ladder” towards oneness/liberation of your human-mind/worrying/”concern-with-superficial-surface-mind-earthly-world-stuff” to acclimatize to living in the Higher-vibrating Higher Self, (freeing allowing Spirit to create/express/expand through you) you will feel more and more full and content, joyous and happy without rhyme nor reason. It is what some of our scriptures refer to as “satori”, “nirvana”, “bliss”. It is important, once reaching that level of awareness/living/existence, to try to “walk in both worlds”, in other words, balance living as Spirit, in a material/physical world. Although you will be living a blissful existence of subjective and non-judgemental perspective, truly being “one” with your Higher-Self, you must acknowledge that you are also Spirit living in a physical body, with the illusion of separateness and a physical/earthly world. (that both your human and God-mind are continually creating)
For example, that is the goal of the practice of Zen Buddhism, “zen” meaning “meditation”; it is the goal of the practice of Yoga, “yoga” coming from your Sanskrit word “yuj” meaning “joining” or “uniting”.
If you are truly content, living the Law of Abundance, the Law of Prosperity, the Law of Creation and the Law of Creativity, you are also living the Law of Contentment, and hopefully “walking in both worlds”.
“When we recognize and accept what we are and what we have, contentment reigns.”-Zen saying
“As you go, preach this message: ‘The kingdom of heaven is near.’”-Matthew 10:7
“What is suffering? The desire for things to be other than what they are. What is contentment? Accepting everything as it is.”-Buddhist scripture
Scientific-Treatment/Affirmative-Prayer/Spiritual/Meditative Mind-Treatment
Right here and right now, we acknowledge that Source is everywhere, there is no place Source is not, therefore where we are, Source is. We are allowing for a spiritual realization that We Are that We Are that We Are, and even now, we are allowing the full realization and fulfillment of contentment to be born through us, as us. For this word is Law, and is self-perpetuating the peace and joy which is also It’s True Nature, which is also our True Nature. In gratitude and appreciation we release the word, knowing that it shall, can, will return to us fulfilled, never void. We give thanks for this realization and we let it be, And So It Is!
Amen.
